just found a probable* cause to my headache! it's the 乌龙茶 that i bought! hehe... actually, was thinking wanna cut down on coke, so i drank that for a week as a substitution... then coincidentally, the headache came...

so what's the theory? according to some hypothesis, withdrawal from caffeine can cause headaches and migraines... let's see...

Nobody knows what role caffeine plays in migraine, because migraine has never been isolated from caffeine....

There are, however, reasons to believe caffeine withdrawal may cause some, most or all migraine:

• Caffeine has been demonstrated to cause severe headache, nausea, and vomiting. Severe caffeine withdrawal fulfills the diagnostic criteria for migraine without aura.
• Caffeine use is highly prevalent.
• Primary headache including migraine has never been demonstrated to occur absent caffeine withdrawal.

There is no demonstrated example of migraine occuring when caffeine withdrawal has been excluded. In fact there is no demonstrated example of any type of primary headache occuring when caffeine withdrawal has been excluded.

yup... that sounds like me alright... caffeine withdrawal... meaning that i cant quit my coke no more??? ;p
