bible...
i know most non-christians (and sadly some christians) tend to be uninterested in the bible, but hey, i just discovered a version that will interest everyone (i guarantee*!)!
well, we all know that there are illustrated bibles around, but how many of us know that there's a lego-bible?? this must be around the web for quite sometime, but somehow i didnt know about it till now... some excerpts from the "bricktestament", so they called it. (warning, some are slightly NSFW, although i wrote this at work.. hehe) .... in the beginning...  Adam, with God, naming the creatures that were created.  Adam with Eve, together in Eden, naked.  Adam and Eve at it, to give birth to Cain (and later Abel). ---==--- after Moses led the ppl out of Egypt (in Exodus)  isrealites gathering at foot of mt sinai, awaiting God's word.  God speaking to the ppl in a cloud, with Moses standing by looking.  Moses with the replacement tablets bearing the 10 commandments. ---==--- During the time of Judges...  errmmm... samson shagging a prostitute (put here to show u the NSFW portion, hehe) ---==--- Jesus' birth...  Mary, giving birth to baby Jesus.  Away in a manger... ---==--- Jesus' crucifixion...  Jesus, walking down Via Dolorosa.  Jesus, crucified, being taunted. cute hor? and photos are professionally taken, i must add. stories are more detailed and aplenty in the website. hardcore christians may find some blasphemous (for that i do sincerely apologise), but i feel this is indeed a great way for God's Word to reach the masses. according to Rev. Smith, the creator of the website, the goal of The Brick Testament is to give people an increased knowledge of the contents of The Bible in a way that is fun and compelling while staying very true to the original versions.
